2020년도 2일 무개 83키로 애서 다시 다이애드시작 2달동안 2천칼로리먹고 자기전애먹고 완전 자신컨드로안햇음 이재 진자 정신차리고 다시 원하는목표로 가야지
담배는 33일차 금연 그래두 아직 개속 생각나고 입이심심함니다
