Hi! I see that you like running. I did a lot of that in my youth. I've had 4 back surgeries, foot surgery, and now I'm facing hip problems. Have you thought of a stairclimber or elliptical? I had to start using an elliptical after my back surgeries because my doctors told me to avoid high impact on my joints. I also did some spinning. Both are great exercises that can really give you a workout. Have a great evening! :)

Yes, with my ankle surgery I have moved to Assault Bike & Row Machines. I limit the runs to only short sprints. Stay with your routine & it will pay off!!
