Well I went to our Christmas dinner last night. Didn't really want to go but out of respect for my 93 year young friend, I went. I had a basic salad but with reg. ranch dressing, fried scampies (3) and a baked sweet potato with butter. Yesterday all day I was feeling irritated and needed a sugar injection. it was 1 year ago my dad died and I guess I just missed him so much. There was 10 of us ladies and we all exchanged gifts. my one friend bakes every year. She made cinnamon bread, a small loaf. I ate the whole loaf with butter after I got home and then had an Enlighten Ice Cream bar on a stick. I said screw it I've had a mental day and this is what I need.
Back to healthy eating today and hopefully s better mental attitude. it's just too much for me to this month with all my natural born family gone, my fur baby and life in general. oh by the way, the poor lady who is an absolute sweetheart who lives across from my apartment had a worse day than me. A water pipe broke in the ceiling and flooded her whole apartment. I started praying for her the minute I heard it happened. I told her to get a good lawyer. they don't take very good care of this place.
well thank you for letting me whine 😁
164.4 lb Lost so far: 71.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, Clair, that is a rough day. I am so sorry for the losses in your life and the hard times. Do hang on and don't beat yourself up for the slip with food. We all just have to trudge on afterward. You are doing so well. Hugs to you🤗❤️
