I think half this gain is all water. I've had a few "keto" snacks like coconut cream fat bombs and quest bars. I DO NOT NEED THEM. the last week I've been fighting hunger and cravings and was not sure why. so I ate a bit more. I JUST REALIZED it's my new medicine! 💊 I was put on hydrocortisone. hell no, side effects is making me very hungry and fat. 🐽🍴😩 I think I'm get a slice of pizza today and break keto. I'm get back on tomorrow. it's been a few months since I've treated myself. why not do it when I'm craving pizza. 🍕 I hate cravings. keto, carnivore on.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
