what the holy heck?....worked out twice yesterday ....did have damn chocolate covered almonds and regular almonds...but crap crap crap!!!! Lord help me to stop!!!!
219.6 lb Lost so far: 177.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
