Red day. Baru makan yang Sederhana saja (lengkap dengan kuah cincang dan dagingnya).

Memang ya, kalau makan di atas BMR (1300) dan di bawah TDEE (1900 🤣) atau bahkan makan lebih, penurunan BB itu keniscayaan.

Kembali ke jalur yang benar setelah (sombong) stop mencatat kalori harian pakai FS selama 1,5 tahun.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
