I start my running today aswell has other good habits. I had a very busy day yesterday at work and ended up eating lets say 4000 calories of snacks and candy. I fast every wednesday, it's my faith but I am hoping with a good diet and excerise...you know the running and strength training that I can get under the 200 hopefully soon
219.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
