Had a leave of absence for about 2 months . Starting back with my counting calories and . 11/26 after detox I am now doing warrior diet during detox for 10 days lost almost 12 lbs I ended up with a weight of 127lbs which Help me see what I really want to be on my weight of 125lbs anything under like 120 is definitely too much and I loose all my curves .

I am now on my 2week eating and my current weight as of today 11/26 is 129.9 lbs.

Sad I could not exercise this past week... unfortunately had a stiff neck which caused tremendous pain all the way to my mid back. Being under tiger balm pain reliever .
But I’m back and will not let the holidays get out of control with so much temptation . I think I have the full mind power not to starve myself but eat with conscious and not overeat.
129.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
