I struggled this week for sure but still watched the scale go down this morning. I took in too many calories for my liking on 2 days I believe and actually cheated last nite. I went to a baby shower and another party last nite and finally broke and had pasta, cake and potatoes. I guess I kind of knew I was going to and made peace with it in advance so I'm ok about it. I have been working really hard at this lifestyle change. Progress not perfection! Today is a new day. This is a new week and my will is still strong!
