UGH!!! apparently it's time to do another reset!! Weight is back up to where it was prior to my last....I hate it when I undo progress!! Also, need to work on some new goals!!!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 222.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
