Seriously eating and drinking out of control!
It's like after 5PM, I've lost all restraint.
A bottle and half of red wine 932 calories.
Na above 3,000. 600mg packaged meal, 1300mg canned chicken.
Highlight - I exceeded my protein target! Woa! I like that.
And fiber was not bad, 20g.
I'll celebrate those two dietary wins.
Also I DID exercise 3 days in a row. So good there.
And I know what to do here.... MUST do target of 145# is only 7# away.
Really trying to pump up that protein and build some muscle mass here. That will help burn more calories and melt the rest of this fat!
I am liking my arms, back and lower legs! Now just need to tighten the rest!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Eating a bag of crunchy cheese doodles didn't help much this week. This is why I have portion control packaging on snacks. 8.5 oz crunchy cheese doodles = 1,275 calories and 1,955 mg Na+!!!! Not making that grocery shopping mistake again.
