Seriously eating and drinking out of control! It's like after 5PM, I've lost all restraint. A bottle and half of red wine 932 calories. Na above 3,000. 600mg packaged meal, 1300mg canned chicken. Highlight - I exceeded my protein target! Woa! I like that. And fiber was not bad, 20g. I'll celebrate those two dietary wins. Also I DID exercise 3 days in a row. So good there. And I know what to do here.... MUST do target of 145# is only 7# away. Really trying to pump up that protein and build some muscle mass here. That will help burn more calories and melt the rest of this fat! I am liking my arms, back and lower legs! Now just need to tighten the rest!
