Ok, its a gain, but I've got a plan in the works to boost my metabolism. So I'm not feeling defeated, but happily expectant. They say your attitude is the hardest thing to change. Here's go nothing...
174.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
