Great day. Active. Enjoyed the day. Ate well. One of my most satisfying low cal day.
Canned chicken, cucumber, blueberry, olive salad with a chunk of iceberg.
Great what’s in the fridge, cupboard meal. Surprising refreshing and satisfying.
Feeling great today.
Happy with my week’s diet n deficits. And was pleasant.
Looking at the week n feeling good and energetic.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
