Bulan lalu saya diet ocd 4jam, makan segala nya ga ditimbang dan ga diukur. Walaupun cuma 4 jam dan cuma 2 minggu, naik 3 kg beratnya 😭.
Jadi kalo mau sukses ocd tetep harus kontrol makanan yg masuk ya.. 😁
