I have not been following a plan for 2 months now since I had hand surgery. While I have not gained, I am still where I was in January and will not be making my goal of losing 30 lbs by my birthday. I will not beat myself up and today being April 1st and a new month, my goal is to stay on plan for one month and take one day at a time. A recent study in a medical journal said women who follow Atkins lost more weight and improved their cholesterol and lipid levels compared with 4 other leading diets, so I know this is the way to go. I would appreciate any tips and support from other members of this web site. It's good to know I'm not alone.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I saw that study, it was very promising. Just stick to low carb religiously and you'll be all the better for it and the fat will diminish.
