horrible october. terrible october.
since 27sep til now my weight is stuck at 82kg . all happen bcz i can not control myself. i ate b4 sleep and ate over 1800 kcal in several day. i didnt know why i can not stop eating . some problem with my mentality. now i must try to be back to normal.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
