😱😱😱 어재 친구하고 저녁먹엇다 보동 많이먹으면 0.5~1키로 올라가는대 😧😧 오늘은 2키로가올라갓다
담배끄넛어그런가? 담배끄느면 metabolism 이늦어진다고들엇다 그래서 담배끄는면 무개가올라간다고햇다 (군격질와상관업시) 나는지금 2가지를가치한다 다이애드와 담배끄기 한가지만해두 큰정신력을이용해야하는대 이개가능할가?
오전애 화장실가다오고 무개가 조금 내렷음
