Still 11lbs to get back to my lowest weight after messing up this week. Thanks in advance for all the support. It helps keep me motivated and accountable. Sugar is worse than cocaine lol...
249.2 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
