Day 5 Induction/ Week 1 challenge. 126.2 on my digital scale!
So..my parent's scale was pretty accurate. Yesterday, we drove from NY to VA. I had McD's a sausage/egg McNonMuffin, and a McCappacino with s/f vanilla. Then I had a double CB at McD's with a side salad and 1/2 ranch dsg. Then I had 3 slices provolone from Subway and a coffee. I didnt drink at all yesterday either than coffee. So today, Im back on track!
Oh my measurements:
Waist: 28.5"
Hips: 36"
L Thigh: 20.2"
R Thigh: 20.5"
S: 20 carbs
M: 20 carbs
T: 20 carbs
W:
126.2 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Sounds like you did really good despite being out of your element. Traveling can be so difficult - especially on only 20carbs!! But you did well!

I wonder if THIS time around, low carbing is depressing me. I want to cry all day, and I had a very hard time sleeping last night. I know low carb can lower serotonin levels (which maybe mine are in the toilet right now) and has kept me up at night in the past. Im in the middle of my cycle, so I cant blame PMS. Im miserable! Hey, but at least Im not hungry.

You poor thing...you sound miserable. If I can't get sleep, I'm done for. I'm sure things will pick up soon. But yay on not being hungry...at least you got that going for you right now.
