Good morning, my friends!

It's Saturday morning, and I decided to weigh in again, feeling brave. :)

It's good thing I did - I am down 3 lbs(!) since yesterday, so I can now record a 90.9 kilo weight. Nice!

It is Indulgence Day, though, so I would expect that weight to go up for tomorrow. I've been pretty happy NOT weighing in lately, so maybe I'll simply wait a week as so many others do. Who know? I might also just do it again tomorrow to know what is going on.

Today is Saturday morning, and I'm up WAY too early for the weekend mornings. Booo! Wife is up too. I guess it's just one of those things that happen when you're getting up early on work days - you can't sleep late on Saturday and Sunday. And of course, I'm known to not sleep late even on work days. Last of sleep has messed with me all week.

So, today is Indulgence Day. I made a super breakfast for wife and I. Scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled ham, a little bread and cheese. Very very nice. It's great to have room for something like that on a Saturday morning.

Now, I don't really plan to do an all-out Indulgence Day. Technically, I have 3600 calories to spend, but I doubt that I will get too close to that. I have no intention to introduce sugars to my system, and I don't really want any other kinds of snacks. I feel that I am on my mission still, and I really want to focus on that.

...

Yesterday, I went rocking with the Peanuts. I feel that we played better than we have for quite a while, and it was an awesome feeling.

On top of that, I needed to cut my normal bread allowance for our night break in half - I had too many calories within the rest of the day, and I really didn't want to go over - and I have no problem doing it. The other band members were actually noticing, and asking about it. Once again, I showed them my calorie counting app, and they were very curious. Our guitarist especially wants to lose a few kilos, and too notice.

I'm really loving being in this place, mentally. I feel SO motivated to push through and do this. I only have about two months to reach goal, 55 days, and really - doing right for 55 days, with a slight side step here and there, and an Indulgence Day every 7 days shouldn't be too hard to do.

...

Oh oh oh! I am doing it! I am now UP AND RUNNING!

The guy in the photo is Lasse, the owner of LOOP FItness here in town. Super nice and helpful guy.

This is my first batch of flyers that I have put out in public, advertising my weight loss class, through my own company. I'm starting small, very small, but of course I hope to slowly build momentum.

I've been needing a room to do the classes, and I struck a nice deal with the gym that I go to. I borrow their lunch room, with no interruptions, for free. I get free coffee for my clients. The payback is - of course - that I talk in favor of the gym. I can do that. I like the gym and I do see results from it, and there is nothing easier than promoting a product that you use and like yourself, right?

We are even talking about maybe doing a week or ten day trial membership for my clients.

Now I just need to get more clients and get going. I'm working on a Facebook page, gonna go talk to the local newspaper and tv station, generally go spread the word!

Please wish me luck!

I have a good friend stopping by today. We're gonna watch some movies - Hotel Transsylvania, which we didn't get to finish the other day, and probably Legend Of The Guardians, which I think is at the post office for me today. Both are beyond excellent 3D movies, and they'll be a blast to watch. Before we do, though, we have a LONG walk planned. It'll be nice to go out and see the town, maybe the beach, and have a nice chit chat about anything and everything - AND burn some calories on top of that.

Dinner will be reasonable. Pot roast with vegetables. Nothing too fancy, nothing too crazy on calories. No dessert. No real snacks. I'm gonna try to not have any of the baddies around me. :)

Today, I'm thankful for:

- A flash drive full of unwatched tv shows to kill time before we go shopping in like 4 hours.
- Morning coffee.
- Motivation!
- Getting moving on my weight loss classes! I can't wait to see if people join!

Have an awesome weekend, folks! Life is good!
