Well, the stress got me ...been doing ok, but circumstances are not good! Have continued to do my morning walks, which really help. Just keep telling myself 80/20 life happens! Keep on keeping on!!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 228.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
