About my weight loss this week...

I lost 11 pounds... sort of... kind of... maybe.... I'll explain.

There are a lot o factors that helped me weigh a lot less this week. First off, my original weight is what I weighed at work when my coworker challenged me to a "biggest loser" style competition. At work we weighed after breakfast, clothed (obviously), and I drank about a gallon of water right before to throw my numbers. LOL Actually we both did that to make our weight loss look more impressive to everyone else at work. Oh, and the day before was my "cheat meal" day and I had a lot of pizza... which also helped to throw the scale a bit.

In contrast, I weighed in this morning before breakfast and in only a pair of shorts. So I did good with my wieght this week... just not THAT good. All of my future weigh ins will be done the same way I did today so there won't be any huge variables to worry about.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL! Cheater! ;) I be they do that at the real "Biggest Looser" too. It does look impressive though, if you are going for dramatic. I'm sure it will be more normal from now on. Thanks for being honest.

You call it cheating, but I call it strategy! Haha. Since the work thing is 1vs1, and she did the same thing, I don't feel terrible about it. I usually drop bigger numbers in the first week or two, then it dips to a more practical range.
