last week intake average kcal is 1700kcal (normally should eat only 1400kcal) Anyway by zigzag diet result is still weight lost 0.3kg (my target is 0.25kg per week)
I will go on zigzag diet process in Oct
179.7 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
