I haven't been exercising and I've been traveling and eating and drinking. Need to stay on track and get back on track with gym, bicycling & eating healthier and eating less! I have a love for bread and cake or sweets.... bad girl!! lol
155.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
