Well, I broke the most important rule of successful weight loss ~ tracking and journalling. It's no wonder I feel so blah and discouraged. I know I need to get in some APs or this just isn't going to work. I have a treadmill and a recumbent bike in the basement, and an elliptical trainer upstairs (all were purchased at different times with the best of intentions) but what I really need is someone to physically KICK me down the stairs (or take away my charge card) ~ both would work equally well!

OK ~ enough whining ~ tomorrow I will walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. There ... done.

156.4 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for your comment! Whenever I'm dieting I can typically manage the food part, but I am such a sloth about exercising! Here's to staying motivated!
