16aug weight is 83.9 after use zigzag diet process and control intake kca avg. 1435 kcal result is 81.8 (-2.4kg) but will check again that zigzag process work or not on wed. (used to intake 1450kcal at 5aug-12aug but weight reduce only 87 .3➡87 only 0.3 kg)
bloos sugar is 88
180.3 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
