no change. 5k this am and hosting a picnic later. going to be LOTS of steps. also going to try to time a fast mile today to compete with my gf... hoping to crush her 8:58 mile time. stay tuned
121.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
