4hr after start eating abf blood sugar drop to 120 (b4 second meal)
182.3 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

다이미있내 님 저 설당안먹어요 😄😄😄 섭쥐음식애서잇는당분이애요 밥 음식 소스 과일 등등 당뇨잇어서 혈당이 오라가는것이애요 😆😆😆 식후애는 아무리 당업는 단백질만먹어두 음식이 입으로 들어가는순간서부더 혈당이오라가기시작함니다 2시간후면 다시내러가는과정이고 5시간넘으면 저혈당이빨생가능성잇잇구요 😉😉
