Thank goodness it was just me being bloated lol that was a close one phew 4 pounds down 🎉 but the weight gain before that was for real 🤣 never binge eat at night 🚫 my biggest regret, sometimes I don't even trust my scales, it's being really cheeky lately 👀

Yep, cheese and biscuits at night are lethal, then you want to balance it with something sweet etc!
