Even though I didn’t manage my stress they way I should have this week, I still managed to lose a pound or 2. This tells me my lifestyle change is working. Even though I’m not 100% compliant I’m working to get better everyday.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
