I forgot to bring my scale with me to my parents' house. So I have no clue what Im weighing. But yesterday, before I left, I was 127.6...so not that it matters...

I gave in tonight and had chocolate chip cookies. Tomorrow is another day. Im looking forward to it...Ill get to go shopping and pick up some snacky items like celery and...hmmm...I havent a clue. What do we snack on in induction other than meat?

Oh boy..time to get creative again.

120 or bust!

One more thing, I wont be able to weigh in until sept 2nd in the evening...when I return home.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.9 lb a week
