Went shopping with a friend and ate breakfast and lunch out then came home and rested my swollen ankle ( which I shouldn't have been on that long anyway) then I fixed me a bite to eat. My husband came down and wanted to eat out so here I go eating out again. I think I may have slipped off that wagon yesterday. Will try to do better today. Oh yeah and I ate a chocolate rice cake with peanut butter last night at 11:00pm Bad! Bad Bad!
