Today was better than yesterday. I thought I would eat the house down. I only ate the right stuff, just LOTS of it. I really thought about pulling that wagon into the edge of the woods and setting it on fire but then I remembered that I am accountable to a group that is very supportive. How can I let then down? I will stick this out, after all my goal is to learn or relearn healthy eating habits. I hope you all have had a successful day!
