I know the challenge says the end of day one is much later today but I started Monday morning. I was able to stay on the wagon (yay me). I did have a distraction. I went to my husbands house to get some clothes and a few spices and some kitchen utensils. I call that place my husbands house because after this last flood I moved to the deer camp and said "I ain't coming back". He is staying there and comes down on weekends and I have to occasionally go there to get a few things. All is good here except that I get bored and boredom leads to eating for me, bad habit. This challenge has already made me realize that recording my intake keeps me from just mindlessly eating. Y'all have a great day.
