Admittedly I don’t weigh in very often but I guess it’s time to be honest. Since the cycling accident;7/4; 1. I’ve not gotten back to it or any other form of consistent exercise. 2. Vacation and working too hard have taken my focus off a good diet. Numbers don’t lie! Still a possibility of rotator cuff surgery needed now on both shoulders but let’s see if we can knock this weight back down!
192.1 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not bad, rather pretty good considering the circumstances. I'd say this is a win. Your control is in play, and that you now face it is a sign of the very high strength within you. The body can do amazing healing work, but may need time. I got knocked off track after my accident, and focus on getting on again. We'll get it done.

Double hit of cortisone today one for each shoulder. Now time will tell if what I’ve been feeling is actually damaged tissue or inflammation from being overworked. I’ve always loved physically demanding work. Just need to hang together for less than 3 years to retirement then AZ here we go! 🤞
