아 고탄수화물 저단백질 다이애드마추기가 더힘들내 저칼로리먹을대보다 탄수화물마다 단백질이잇어서 탄수화물양을채우면 단백질이올라고가 칼로리가넙고 ,칼로리와단백질를마처노면 탄수화물이부족하고 잉 @@;;; 딩으로보충하라니 (당두탄수화물종류) 당뇨가문재고 잉잉 휴~~~

ㅋㅋㅋ 진자 탄수화물이놉내요 탄수화물양 채우기는 최고이내요 보리랍 200g = 카래떡 100g ㅋㅋㅋ (저 엄청 카레떡좋아해요) 밥먹을라면 반찬잇어야하는대 ㅋㅋㅋ 가레떡은 그냥이두 잘먹어용 😘😘😘 감사함니다
