i moved so i haven't had a scale in a while. i'd hoped it was lower. i have been working out at least twice a week, but the diet thing hasn't been happening as much. my clothes are definitely fitting better! a pair of pants i couldn't wear without spanx fit perfect now!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Thanks for your comment. I love your sister's expression, I'm going to use it. I see you are doing great with your diet 13lb that's a lot! Congrats! As you know I won't be loosing weight for some time now but when I could, I added 30 min walks in the morning before anybody was awake and I started loosing weight very fast. I noticed that you use elliptical, that's my favourite, too!
