Followed diet reasonably well.
Will be more strict from now on because I want to loose the belly.
Everything's comming on nicely but could be going better.
Haven't checked blood pressure and body fat in a long, loooooong time now.
My biggest problem is still nibbling while I cook supper at night - especlially now that I've run out of fruit. I'm stocking up this evening when I go shopping.
