Weight fluctuates, but within 2 lbs. The 1,000 Cal Burn yesterday was most likely the major factor.


Later Gym Class, 800am, but was a challenge. Over 30 people attended & key Exercises were Leg related, Front Squats, Overhead Plate BW Squats & Lateral Alternate DB Lunges!!


Cal Burn 700+.

Time to relax & a good Movie 🍿!!
167.9 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
