blood fasting 109. yesterday whole day take sugar is 54g & take little carb b4 bed. must try IF again
blood prssre 89/68 pulse 76 after reduce medicine presure seem better. heart beat is quite good .oftrn that it lower than 80. CKD still feel back pain & urine still yellow ,will try to drink more water. Protien still leak in urine ㅠㅠ
193.1 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
