1650 kcal Fat: 93.41g | Prot: 76.31g | Carb: 56.13g.   Breakfast: Butter , Egg, Cream (Half & Half) , Coffee. Lunch: Provolone Cheese , Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Wegmans Mild Italian Sausage. Dinner: Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa (2 oz), Cento Lentil Soup, Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Wish-Bone Italian Salad Dressing, Hillshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Fresh Express Iceberg Garden Salad. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added) , Kroger Salted Peanuts, Milwaukee's Best Light Beer. more...
