fasting 82😊😊 . But a lot of foamy in urine 😢😢. even i eat protien only 0.6 of body weight(recommanded q'ty for CKD stage 3) it bad sign. Foamy urine & yellow mean body dehydrate & leak out of protien 😭😭😭
191.8 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
