fresh batteries in scale day 186. I'm relieved. I thought it was gonna be worse. on the Doctors scale I weighed 191.4 so I'm happy with the progress so far. Thank you Fat Secret for this app. without it, I would just be flopping around in the lost ocean without any support.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
