6일재 하루 1000칼 😢😢😢 뭐라두 더먹어야하는대 뭐를먹을건지 못르갯다 이러다가 영양부족하는병이 걸릴거가드다😭😭😭 몸애서 신호가오고잇다

저는 2000 정도 쓰면서 줄이려니 1200-1300 정도는 먹어야 부담이 없는 거 같았습니다. 하루 세 끼는 꼬박꼬박 먹되, 칼로리만 끼니마다 줄여서 400 정도 세 번 먹고, 간식 200 정도 해서 1400 맞췄습니다. 포만감 느끼면서 칼로리 적게 먹는 건 결국... 채소가 적합한데, Wasa같은 통곡물 빵도 괜찮지 않을까 생각합니다.

Internet 애서 개산해보면 BMR 1530 TDEE 1900x1.2 =2280 의학적으로 섭취양이 BMR 보다 적으면 안됀다고하는대 ㅠㅠ
