well, I was running a bit late today, so I only had about an hour in the gym. I walked .1 mile, sprinted .1, then walked another .1 mile to warm up.

squats:

12 at 195 pounds
10 at 210 pounds
8 at 225 pounds
6 at 245 pounds
4 at 260 pounds

bench press:

12 at 170
10 at 185
8 at 200
6 at 215
4 at 225
2 at 240
1 at 250

the bench press wights are all 10 pounds heavier per lift than last week.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
