I made gluten free blueberry muffins and I am limiting myself to just one. My daughter has to eat gluten free so I cook and bake that way to make life easier. It was delicious and we all prefer gluten free anyways.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
