휴~~~ 다행이다 2일동안 몸무개가 안올라갓어
지난주 병균 1350cal 근대 2들동안 병균 1590cal 당만 거이100g. ( ㅠㅠ 2들동안 맹고 1키로 먹엇음 😥😥😥 ) 당은어직검사못함 검사지가 없어서)
무개가 늘건지아랏는대 ㅋㅋㅋ 다향이두 아직 안늘고 어재밤애는 92 엿지만 아침에 화장실가다오니 91.1 😜😜😜
200.8 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
