Holiday food complete & even saved room for some Self Served Yogurt 🍦!! It is amazing 😉 how fast that “bowl” fills up!!

Gym was Vacant this morning.....4 people, as the fireworks were still exploding with a few sleep 😴 ins.

MAX Deadlift today & I reached my goal that was established prior to my ankle surgery. So 10 months later, I am back. It was not easy as it took two attempts.

Time to read a good book 📖 & a good cup of my favorite beverage!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
