so SAD that fasting blood is 139 this morning ( it mean apple cyder vinegar still not work?) yesterday i take over crab sugar n cal and sleep 9hrs so may be effect to sugar in blood.anyway i will still take a ACV (in other journal show this good for increase metabokism n can redyce appetite (normally after dinner i still want to eat snack or more food so i can not stop n intakr meal at 10pm or b4 bed and it cause to increase weight but after take ACV seem this feeling reduce . i do not want to eat any meal after take ACV. soi can do fasting diet ration 10: 14 (i will try to do 8:16 but still can not do due to health problem n life style time)
202.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
