Everydays a new start, fasting since yesterday at dinner time.. I had some black coffee this morning and drinking more water so I’ll probably cook some chicken and veggies when I get home. That’s my go to meal when I need to lay off the carbs and I definitely do..
155.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
